  • Shipping & Delivery

    How much will my shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are free for all Greece and Cyprus.

    How many days does it take to deliver an order?

    The delivery process may take up to 2-4 business days from the date of processing. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa, and all of Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi, and Rethymno counties). For the rest of Greece, the delivery hours depend on the respective Shipping Company.

    How can I be sure that I completed my order correctly?

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department. Additionally, to confirm that your order has been successfully completed, after the payment step (step 3), the page should display “Thank you for your order.”

    How do I track the progress of my order?

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the Shipment Code and a link to track your shipment.

    How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay using one of the following methods: 1. Credit, debit, and prepaid card payments 2. Cash on Delivery 3. Bank transfer to our company's bank account

    Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

    Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encrypted form. For Visa and Mastercard payments, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will communicate with the bank that issued your card for payment authorization. Once the bank confirms the transaction's authenticity, the charge will be processed. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

  • Repairs & Replacements

    What is the timeframe for replacing a product?

    To proceed with a replacement, the following steps must be completed within 14 days.

  • Product Returns

    Can I return my order?

    Yes, you have the right to return the product received within 14 calendar days, providing the reason for the return. The returned product must be in its original condition, and you will bear all shipping costs.

    How is the return process carried out?

    To return a product, you need to fill out and send the relevant return form (return slip) that you received with the product and the retail receipt. Refunds are made via the same method used for payment, within one week from the date we receive the product.

    I forgot my password, what should I do?

    You can easily and simply recover your login password. Click on the "Forgot my password..." link, enter the email address you used to create your account on our store, and click "Recover." Within a few minutes, we will send you instructions to create a new password.
