Returns

At senzio.gr we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, in case you do not like something or it does not work for you or it was defective or does not correspond to the product of your order, you have the right to request the replacement of the product to another number and / or in another color. For the replacement process, the maximum return period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.


Order Cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel your order and since the product has not been shipped, you should contact the customer service department on phone 2810 283283 or e-mail info@senzio.gr. If your order has been shipped, you can return it and you will bear ALL SHIPPING COSTS.


Product Returns

You have the right to return within 14 calendar days, the product you received, justifying the reason for its return. The returned product must be in its original condition and you will be responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

To return a product, you must complete and send the relevant form (return slip) that you received with the product and the retail receipt.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within one week from the date we receive the product.

In case of cash on delivery, our company will deposit the amount of money in an account that you indicate to us.

Product returns are not accepted on:

Products that have been damaged or used cannot be refunded or exchanged. The right of return-exchange and refund does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your own special needs.

Right of Replacement within 14 days

In order for the replacement to take place, the following actions must be performed within 14 days:

1. Deliver the product and fill in the return form with all the necessary information so that the return of the product can be accepted, but at the same time a possible change in color / number or other item can be made. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternative solutions.

2. The product you will return must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.


If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for replacement or refund.
If the above conditions are not met, then the product will be returned to you at your own expense.


CAUTION
For returns from Cyprus and from abroad, shipping costs are borne by the person making the return.
